So today I am going to be going through the basic requirements you will most likely need if you want to follow something in medicine. I put emphasis on 'basic' because this will not guaranty your entry into the medical field. You should further look at the requirements for what exactly you want to be and which universities.
- Physics
- Life Science
- Mathematics
It is very important to take these subjects if you want to be in medicine. In South Africa the requirement percentage is considerably less than internationally. Here you need a minimum of 60% in your subjects but elsewhere you need at least have an average but 80% above to have more of a chance of admission in university. Personally either way I would say to aim for 80% and higher.
